<li>Don&#8217;t mistake activity for progress<br />
Hard to get work done when you are always in meetings</li>
<li>Your team should hit a stride<br />
Development should feel cyclical and rhythmic</li>
<li>Be impatient<br />
Don&#8217;t tolerate waiting (for long)</li>
<li>Be lazy<br />
Don&#8217;t do tedious, mediocre chores over and over</li>
<li>Have fun &#8212; or take a break</li>
